It has been a blessing in disguise when I started my Health & Wellness Journey. In the past I struggled with my health of a Thyroid condition. I made the decision to change my lifestyle instead of having the surgery to remove my thyroids. During that time, I went from taking 9 medications to now zero, which by the grace of God I have been free of any Thyroid issues for over 10 years. I transitioned from pescatarian, vegetarian to now vegan over a period of 7 years but I still was challenged with 10-15 lbs. As a Health & Fitness Life Coach it’s important to my brand to live the life I portray to my clients. When I started using Heart & Body Natural products, I lost 2 inches off my waist within the first 2 weeks and now 19.3 lbs. I have been able to surpass my weight loss goal of 15 lbs. Currently I use the Healing Kit of MIND, BODY & SOUL to help with the maintenance of my internal wellness such as better sleep, stress management, inflammation in my limbs and proper digestion of my kidneys and much more. During the week I take 1 shot of each MIND, BODY and SOUL and NOURISH for my multi-vitamin to help keep the Doctor away.
