There are no twins in my family.
A 0.4% chance… and somehow, it’s us.

At 9 weeks, we were told there was only one baby.
At 21 weeks… everything changed.

This video holds the exact moment we found out we were actually meeting two little lives.

We’ve laughed, we’ve cried, we’ve had moments of “how are we going to do this?”… but more than anything, we are SO excited.

It’s one of the body’s deepest emotional storage tanks, which is why chronic tension here shows up as low back pain, pelvic tightness, anxiety, shallow breathing, and that constant “on guard” feeling.

“My daughter cracks her own back… is that bad??”

This is one of the top questions I get from moms and the truth is, the crack you hear isn’t bones or arthritis. It’s just nitrogen bubbles releasing from joint fluid when pressure changes.

The crack isn’t the adjustment the movement is.

If your child is cracking a lot, it’s usually a sign their body is looking for relief or regulation… and while self-cracking isn’t harmful, it also doesn’t fix the root issue.

There is nothing more humbling than standing in the NICU.
Tiny bodies. Big machines. So much hope wrapped in so much care.

This moment wasn’t about “doing more.”
It was about supporting what was already being done.
Chiropractic care in the NICU is never a replacement for medical care, it works alongside it. Gently. Respectfully. Within scope.

The nervous system plays a central role in breathing, digestion, feeding, regulation, and healing. When that system is under stress, the body can struggle to fully integrate all the medical support it’s receiving.

My role is simple and specific:
to help assess and support nervous system function so these little ones have the best chance to adapt, regulate, and grow.

I don’t take lightly being invited into a space this sacred.
NICU babies deserve every safe, collaborative tool available to them and parents deserve to know these options exist.
