It’s been so much fun traveling with Scott, Drake, and KayLee! I’m at the airport, in disbelief that we’ve only been gone a week. Seems like so much longer when you’re on the other side of the earth and we’ve seen so much!! I’m excited to sleep in my own bed again (and take a shower with my own shampoo & conditioner 😙).

We’re in Greece now! I can’t get over how yummy the food has been this trip!!!

After a super yummy Italian dinner near Jericho, the restaurant owner brought us a plate of ice cream he says he made himself. Flavors we’d never fathomed like lemon mint basil, date, pomegranate (so tart! but like a sherbet), what he just called (for lack of translation) “eh, nut” (our favorite! very toasted caramel-like), and a mysterious white one that none of us really cared for (very rich, almost like divinity candy).

Monday night this beautiful animal killed a deer and dragged it to this spot above our front yard. Last night, it partook. Tonight it will most likely get a collar and be released into the redwoods. Stay tuned.
