Watching .lisakoche show up like this—after everything her brain and body have been through—is beyond inspiring. After brain surgery, you don’t expect this level of sharpness, presence, and drive… but she’s not just recovering, she’s rising.

We talk about education all the time—but the truth is, it only becomes power when you use it. And she’s using it. Every rep. Every breath. Every intentional movement.

My role is to keep her safe, aligned, and progressing the right way.
Her role? Showing up and doing the work… even when it’s hard.

And this photo?
A literal snapshot of resilience.

Some ask if I am a musician because of photos like these. In person the experience speaks for itself but here is my answer below 👇

Sound healing is not about performing… it’s about feeling.

It’s the art of tapping into the energy of a room, sensing what’s present, and using vibration, frequency, and intention to uplift, balance, and transmute that energy.

It’s intuitive.
It’s energetic.
It’s deeply connected.

Now—this is different from being a skilled instrumentalist. 🎼

Playing music from written notes requires incredible discipline, fine motor skill, and training. It’s a beautiful craft that I deeply respect.

But sound healing?
It’s less about perfection… and more about presence.

Less about reading music… and more about reading energy.

Can someone be both? Absolutely.
And that’s a powerful combination.

For me, I honor the distinction.
I may not call myself a musician—but I am a sound healing practitioner, holding space for transformation through frequency and intention.

And at the end of the day…
It’s not about the title.

It’s about how people feel when they leave your space. 💫

Why wear orange or red glasses? 👓🧡

Your body runs on a circadian rhythm—a natural 24-hour clock that’s heavily influenced by light. The type of light you expose your eyes to throughout the day can either support energy and sleep… or disrupt it.

☀️ During the day (especially indoors):
The goal isn’t to block all blue light. Blue light from the sun actually helps signal to your brain that it’s daytime, supporting alertness, mood, and focus.

But artificial lighting and screens often produce an imbalanced spike of blue light around ~455 nm, which can contribute to eye strain and fatigue. Some lenses are designed to “harmonize” this light, reducing that harsh peak while still allowing beneficial blue-turquoise wavelengths through so your brain stays energized and aligned with daytime signals.

🌇 After sunset:
This is when orange lenses become helpful. These lenses block most blue light so your body can begin producing melatonin (the hormone that prepares you for sleep). Wearing them 2–3 hours before bed can help signal to your brain that nighttime is approaching.

🌙 Late evening / nighttime:
Deep red lenses block even more blue and green light and are designed for nighttime environments with screens or bright LEDs, supporting deeper melatonin release and better sleep timing.

✨ Blue-light blocking vs. light harmonizing
• Blue-light blocking: Often removes most or all blue light. Helpful in the evening but not always ideal during the day.
• Light harmonizing: Instead of eliminating blue light, it balances the spectrum—reducing the harsh LED spike while still allowing the wavelengths your brain uses for daytime energy.

Think of it like this:
Your eyes evolved for full-spectrum sunlight, not constant LED screens. Supporting your light environment can make a big difference in energy, focus, and sleep quality.

Comment “LIGHT” if you want a simple guide on which glasses to wear throughout the day. 👇

Lmao! This was too perfect. My hubby does help me get up and go but him AND my first born crack up because I was born with a potty mouth and if woken in a hurry I wakeup@cursing. Sorry not sorry. This video reminded me that the people who truly matter in your life DONT CARE…and the people who care about the small stuff (or curse words here and there ) DONT MATTER. Love yourself. Forgive yourself. Laugh cry and maybe curse hahhha

FREE Friday Youth Movement + Mindset (Ages 8–13ish)

To my friends, neighbors, and local families 🤍

When I’m home on Fridays, I’ve been working out with my son — incorporating breathwork, movement, confidence-building, and motivation. It’s become something really powerful, and I’d love to open it up to a few other kids who feel aligned.

This is for ages 8–13 (flexible depending on maturity and interest).

We’ll spend 90 minutes focused on:
• Breathwork
• Strength & movement
• Confidence + leadership mindset
• Positive motivation

This is completely free of charge. I’m doing this because I genuinely love what I do and believe in investing in the next generation.

If you’d like to learn more about me before reaching out, you can visit:
linktr.ee/biohacker

If your child is interested, message me privately and I’ll share details.

Let’s raise strong, grounded leaders.
Be the change you want to see. 💛
