Most women with gut issues are treating symptoms… not the pattern driving them.

So they bounce between:
❌ laxatives or fibers
❌ antibiotics 
❌ cutting gluten and dairy 
❌ low FODMAP
❌ “gut healing” products from TikTok

And for a while?
Maybe they feel a little better.

But then the bloating comes back..
The constipation comes back.
They’re still reacting to foods
The brain fog, skin flare-ups, gas, urgency, fatigue… all of it 😭

Why?

For the longes time treating gut issues have been treated like a one size fits all problem..

“You have bloating? Take probiotics.”
“Constipated? Diarrhea? Eat more fiber, you have IBS.”
“Reacting to foods? Cut gluten and dairy.”
"But have you tried low FODMAP?"

But after working with hundreds of women, I can tell you… most gut symptoms fall into patterns.

And if you don’t understand the pattern driving your symptoms, you usually stay stuck cycling through:
❌ random supplements or antibiotics
❌ elimination diets
❌ temporary fixes
❌ protocols that kinda help… then stop working

Because the problem usually isn’t just “your gut."

It’s:
👉🏻 HOW your digestion is functioning
👉🏻 WHAT the gut environment looks like
👉🏻 HOW your nervous system is responding
👉🏻 WHAT systems are compensating underneath it all

This came out spicier than I intended LOL

Doctors are great when you’re sick.
And sometimes you'll get lucky when it comes to your symptoms.

But most of the women I work with spend years waiting for their doctor to figure it out with no real relief

Because no one is coming to save you but YOU (oh, and hi, me 👋🏻) when you’re dealing with GI symptoms, fatigue, or not being able to lose weight.

You try their recommendations.
You’re a great patient.

But how long are you going to wait before you try something that actually works?

I have clients feeling >50% better than they have in YEARS after just 2 weeks of working with me.

Why?

Because I actually get to the bottom of what’s going on instead of brushing them off after 10 minutes and giving them a bandaid solution that probably won’t even help.
