For a long time, I was stuck in cycles that chipped away at my confidence and left me drowning in “busy.”

✖️I was so focused on "just getting through the day" that I stopped living.

✖️I was putting myself second to my business and my physical health, mental health, & confidence were paying the price.

✖️I was stuck in an identity (recovering from mold tox / 'healing') & habits that no longer served me.

Breaking free didn’t happen overnight, it took some heavy identity deaths ☠️, letting go of old patterns, and facing myself in ways that weren’t always easy.

But with the right support system (shout out to my coach, - I literally could not have done any of this without you & we’re not done yet! 💕 ) 👉🏻 I’ve rebuilt the self-trust I’d lost and stepped into a version of myself that makes decisions with clarity, moves with purpose, and shows up no matter what.

The wildest part? I feel more energized and excited about life than I have in years 🤩

This isn’t just about business, it’s about becoming the kind of woman who refuses to negotiate with her own potential.

And while I’m still a work in progress, I couldn’t be more grateful for how far I’ve come.

She didn’t want to “fix her gut.”
She wanted to trust her body again.

No more skipping plans, overthinking meals, or panicking every time she had to travel.

Her goal was simple:
☀️ One or two full BMs a day
👜 Freedom to leave the house without fear
🍽 To actually enjoy food without wondering how she’d feel after

So we got curious.

We mapped her symptoms, ran labs, and found what no one else was looking for:
➡️ low digestive enzyme production

✨This isn’t to scare you.

It’s to show you that if it feels hard, it’s because it is.

It’s what I wish someone had told me back when I felt like my body was turning against me.

When I was training hard, eating clean, tracking every gram…
And still felt inflamed, exhausted, and broken 😩

I didn’t need another protocol.
I needed someone to tell me the truth.

🌱 The deep, uncomfortable, freeing truth is that 👇🏻
Healing isn’t quick. It’s not pretty. It’s not linear. And it’s definitely not just about supplements. But it is TRANSFORMATIVE 💫

👉🏻It’s about patterns. Nervous system regulation. Self-trust. Letting go.
👉🏻It’s about unlearning the way you’ve been taught to chase “results” at the expense of actually feeling good or enjoying your life.

So no, this isn’t easy.

It wasn’t that serious…
until it was.

I was the girl with mystery tummy aches and a purse full of Tums.

But I didn’t think much of it. I still went out, still felt “fine.”
I never related to “having gut issues” or IBS.

Sure, I was constipated as a kid…
💨 Had gas that could clear a room in college
🥛 Self-diagnosed lactose intolerant by 20

But I just thought that was me.
Until my late 20s hit.

And suddenly, everything felt off.
🌀 Random food reactions
😴 Not rested after 8 hours of sleep
🧠 Brain fog + mood swings
🤧 Always getting sick
🌿 Allergies getting worse
🦴 Joint pain for no reason
💨 Oh… and still constipated (but “going daily” so I thought it was fine)

That’s when I realized…

Maybe this wasn’t just gut stuff.
Maybe my gut was at the root of everything.

Once I put the pieces together and healed my gut?

✨ The symptoms started fading.
Now I can eat gluten 🍕, dairy 🧀, even enjoy a drink 🍷 without my body rebelling like it used to 👏🏻

30 feels better than late 20s ever did, and that feels GOOD 🥲

I used to feel anxious for no reason.

 Thoughts racing at night..

 Exhausted during the day..

 Snapping at little things..

 And still thinking:
“I should be able to handle this…”

But behind the scenes?
👉🏻 Stress, poor sleep, GI issues, and zero nervous system support were draining the nutrients my brain needed to feel safe.

No wonder I felt like a total psychopath emotionally most days (still do sometimes TBH) 😂

Over the years, I’ve worked really hard to rebuild ✨

 I’ve focused on the basics.

Hired a coach.

 Improved my diet, my routines, my environment.

& I’ve experimented with TONS of different supplements and compounds to support my brain along the way 🥹

👉🏻 Because sometimes your brain needs more than mindset work.
It needs fuel, regulation, and the raw materials to actually make the neurotransmitters that help you feel calm, focused, and emotionally stable.

We see this all the time 👀 ...

A woman eating healthy, lifting weights, hitting her protein, prioritizing sleep…(doing ALL the things),
👉🏻but still feeling puffy in her mid-section, inflamed, and stuck in a body that doesn’t reflect her efforts 😩

What she doesn’t need:
❌a lower calorie goal
❌ another cardio session
❌ an aggressive cleanse or detox

What she does need?
✨To reduce the inflammation her body is holding on to.

Because when inflammation is high, it’s harder to burn fat, build lean muscle, or feel like yourself, no matter how clean you’re eating.
Your hard work deserves to pay off.

And it can. But only if your body feels safe enough to respond.

I don’t mean to scare you but …

👉🏻That constant brain fog? Can’t concentrate for crap?
👉🏻Feeling exhausted no matter how much you sleep or how well you take care of yourself?
👉🏻The GI issues (bloating, nausea, food sensitivities, constipation, loose stool, heartburn) that keep popping up no matter how many supplements you take or how healthy you eat?
👉🏻The constant sinus congestion? Post nasal drip? Shortness of breath? …
👉🏻 Itchy skin? Eczema? Anxiety That flares up randomly or is low key always lingering …

It might be mold.

I know that this sounds scary, but it's more common than you'd think.

I never thought it was possible for me either + once I found out it was my reality I never thought I'd feel 'normal' again.

People will tell you 'mold everywhere' which isn't totally false...

However, it shouldn't be growing INDOORS + invading the air that you breathe every day‼️

Here’s the problem ⬇️
because it isn’t your body!

Do you ever feel confident in the mirror, at the gym, or when you take a selfie... but the second someone else is behind the camera, it all goes out the window?

Because same. ✋🏻

When you take photos yourself, you’re in control. You know your angles, your lighting, your vibe. You can relax. You can delete the ones you hate. You’re calling the shots.
But when someone else is taking them? Especially in a setting that feels posed or stiff?

That control disappears, and it can feel really vulnerable. 🫠

You’re trying to take direction, hold a pose, remember to smile, and still feel good in your body... all while someone’s clicking away. Add in an outfit you don’t feel amazing in? Game over.

That was me during this shoot.

And I picked myself apart the second I saw the first preview.

But a few days later, it hit me: the problem wasn’t my body ❌

➡️ It was the expectations I had for it.

I’d been so focused on looking a certain way that I forgot how much progress I’d actually made. How strong, energized, and at peace I’d been feeling. How far I’d come. ✨

👉🏻 And honestly? The female body is meant to have some belly fat. Hips. Softness. Curves. These aren’t flaws they’re part of what makes us women. It’s normal. It’s healthy. And it’s not something we need to shrink away from.

There are actually so many photos I love from that day—but what I love most is the reminder it gave me:

Your body isn’t the problem.

Your expectations might just need a little adjusting.

When you don’t p**p regularly, it’s not just annoying + uncomfortable, it can mess with your entire system...

You’re not just holding in waste.
You’re recycling hormones, building up toxins, and likely dealing with fatigue, breakouts, or bloating that won’t go away.

Your gut NEEDS to clean house daily. Or at least most days 5-6x/week 💩

& constipation isn’t just not having a bowel movement either.
👉🏻It’s having hard + small stools, stools that are dry + hard to pass, or not feeling empty.
