Do you know why you pulled out gluten & dairy?

Let me break it down 👇🏻

Unfortunately, don’t have to feel bloated or gassy for gluten or dairy to be messing with your gut.

Most of the women I work with say, “But I don’t get stomach pain when I eat it…” — yet they’re dealing with histamine flares, skin breakouts, joint pain, or constant fatigue.

The truth? 🙃

You can have underlying gut stress without obvious digestive symptoms.

Here’s what’s actually happening ⬇️

🌾 Gluten can increase a protein called zonulin, which makes your gut lining more permeable ("leaky") → triggering inflammation across the body.

🥛 Dairy can worsen mucus, histamine, skin, and immune issues, even if you don’t notice it right after eating.

(And yes, this still applies if your p**p is fine 💩 👀)

This is NOT about restriction forever.
It’s about restoration ✨

Blood sugar isn’t just about carbs and keeping it stable is one of the simplest ways to feel better fast!

Here's what high or unstable blood sugar can look like:
❌ Energy crashes after meals
❌ Feeling like you need a nap ~1-3 pm
❌ Hunger within 20-30 minute of finishing a meal

Here’s what I did this week:
✅ Added fiber (psyllium husk) to slow digestion & blunt spikes
✅ Made sure every meal had some protein — doesn’t have to be 30g, something is better than nothing
✅ Took 10-min walks after meals — especially if I felt that post-meal slump

These little tweaks can:
✨ Prevent energy crashes
✨ Calm that “wired but tired” feeling
✨ Support hormone balance & metabolism long term

I want to tell you about one of my clients because her journey might sound a lot like yours.

When we first started working together, she was already doing so many of the ‘right’ things.

But then life happened… hard.
Some beautiful moments, some really hard ones ..but by the end of it all, she was tanked 🪫

Her energy was at an all-time low.
✖️She couldn’t get through the day without a 3 PM coffee, and even that barely scratched the fatigue.
✖️Mood was flat and heavy.
✖️Her periods had turned into a rollercoaster of emotions.
✖️Histamine symptoms raging — the constant congestion, sneezing, and reactivity — wouldn’t budge.
✖️And even though she’d been trying, the weight just would not come off.

That’s when I decided we needed more answers.

🧪 We ran testing and found her cortisol (the hormone that regulates inflammation, balances the immune system, and signals the body it’s safe to let go of fat) ➡️ was completely tanked 🪦

So we took a different approach:
✨ Built a protocol to work with her body, not against it.
✨ Focused on restoring cortisol levels and supporting her adrenals.
✨ Shifted her to an anti-inflammatory, nutrient-dense eating style.
✨ Put stress management & boundaries front and center — because healing isn’t just about food.

Fast forward… she’s now down over 20 pounds, her energy is back, moods are steady, and she finally feels like herself again — showing up fully at work, for her family, and for herself 👏🏻

When I first learned about candida, I thought it was just about yeast infections.

But living through it taught me otherwise....🙃

For me, it looked like:
👉🏻 Intense cravings/hunger that didn’t make sense (even right after eating)
👉🏻 Sleeping 8-9 hours but still EXHAUSTED all day & don't even get me started on the brain fog 😶‍🌫️ 
👉🏻 Mood swings + anxiety that came out of nowhere
👉🏻 Oral thrush despite solid hygiene
👉🏻 Low belly bloat + fat gain that would NOT budge

It's not you.

After years of coaching women who did everything “right” and still felt stuck, I stopped assuming they just needed to eat less + move more.

I started listening ✨
Asking better questions. Looking at blood work.
Digging deeper when no one else would.

That’s when it all clicked.
The real reason their bodies weren’t responding?

✖️Gut stress
✖️ Tanked thyroid hormones (aka metabolism)
✖️ Hidden inflammation
✖️ Hormone imbalance chaos

You don’t need to push harder.

For a long time, I was stuck in cycles that chipped away at my confidence and left me drowning in “busy.”

✖️I was so focused on "just getting through the day" that I stopped living.

✖️I was putting myself second to my business and my physical health, mental health, & confidence were paying the price.

✖️I was stuck in an identity (recovering from mold tox / 'healing') & habits that no longer served me.

Breaking free didn’t happen overnight, it took some heavy identity deaths ☠️, letting go of old patterns, and facing myself in ways that weren’t always easy.

But with the right support system (shout out to my coach, - I literally could not have done any of this without you & we’re not done yet! 💕 ) 👉🏻 I’ve rebuilt the self-trust I’d lost and stepped into a version of myself that makes decisions with clarity, moves with purpose, and shows up no matter what.

The wildest part? I feel more energized and excited about life than I have in years 🤩

This isn’t just about business, it’s about becoming the kind of woman who refuses to negotiate with her own potential.

And while I’m still a work in progress, I couldn’t be more grateful for how far I’ve come.
