A heartfelt thank you to our incredible Tampa community for joining us on Wednesday evening for Screenagers: Next Chapter!

Whether you were with us in person or tuning in online, your presence made the evening truly special. With 75 engaged participants, we came together to explore the intersection of digital technology and wellness. Your thoughtful questions, candid reflections, and shared stories reminded us why these conversations matter.

🎊We’re incredibly grateful to Reverend Magrey deVega of Hyde Park United Methodist Church and Kimberly Young Brazill of Rogers Behavioral Health for lending their voices to the conversation. Their heartfelt reflections and thoughtful responses enriched the evening and sparked meaningful dialogue.

🙂 A huge thank you to Jillian Grulich at Rogers Behavioral Health for her thoughtful coordination and for making Screenagers: Next Chapter available to our community. Your behind-the-scenes work helped bring this important conversation to life.

❤️ We’re also deeply grateful to the incredible staff at HPUMC and greeters who made the evening run so smoothly. Your welcoming presence set the tone for connection and reflection!

❤️ Thank you to the Florida Psychological Association for the delicious food and for helping bring our community together with care and generosity!

🎁 Thank you Drs. Ashley Vigil-Otero, Kirsten Ellingsen, Nickeisha Clarke, Monica Lake, and Stacy Greeter/Bethany Martin and Lamb Psychological Services for donating gift baskets. It was a fun experience to share with the community.

When a child struggles with anxiety, it can take over the whole household. Suddenly your schedule, your plans, and even your sleep are built around avoiding triggers.

The S.P.A.C.E. program is designed for parents and caregivers of children with anxiety, OCD, or related challenges. Here’s what to expect:

💙 Learn practical techniques to respond to anxiety without fueling it
🧠 Discover how to set healthy, supportive boundaries
🗣 Join a group where every parent has a chance to share and feel understood
🌟 Leave with tools that actually change how your home feels
🎓 Can be reserved through the Step Up Scholarship

Led by Dr. Shey (Star Psychology) and Dr. Lamb (Lamb Psychological Services), this program focuses on changes parents can make to reduce stress and help kids gain confidence.
