We had a great time on our day trip to Tarpon Springs! Our first stop of the day was at Safford House Museum. We then moved on to St. Nicholas Greek Orthodox Cathedral where our resident Gus, and his daughter Elena, offered us education and history regarding the Greek Orthodox Faith. We wrapped up the day at Mykonos Restaurant where the food and hospitality were top-notch!
