Each summer, we proudly partner with CareerSource Tampa Bay to offer meaningful internship opportunities for young adults. This partnership is more than just a seasonal initiative—it’s an investment in the future workforce.

Through this program, interns gain hands-on experience in real-world work settings where they can learn essential job skills such as communication, time management, teamwork, and problem-solving. These experiences not only build confidence but also help young people understand workplace expectations and professional etiquette.

For many, this is their first exposure to a structured work environment. They learn how to follow schedules, meet deadlines, dress appropriately, and interact with supervisors and colleagues—all crucial elements for long-term success in any career.

By participating in this program, young adults are not only earning a paycheck, but they’re also gaining valuable insight into different industries and discovering their own strengths and interests. These early experiences can shape their career paths and open doors to future job opportunities.
