Dream Support loves our clients and providers. We truly strive to offer the best customer service ever. Sometimes people get angry when their expectations cannot be met by the Waiver program and take it out on the messenger. If you love Dream Support, would you consider leaving a Google review? Happy New Year! We hope that 2025 is a wonderful, successful year for all. Dream Support currently has 12 support coordinators serving APD's Suncoast and Central regions. We at Dream Support are working hard in 2024! We held a company wide training this past week and we have definitely outgrown our office space! We currently have 12 WSCs working hard across the Suncoast and Central Regions and we have just hired lucky number 13! We are preparing to accept clients in Manatee and Citrus counties and we are always open for Hillsborough, Pasco, Polk, and Hernando! We are happy to serve! While traveling the state listening to families, caregivers, providers and stakeholders, the Dream Support founders listened intently to a frustrated community who has always dreamed of a better future for Florida’s most vulnerable, the developmentally and intellectually disabled. Yet, despite the dreams and often times heroic actions of many, the belief in those dream’s becoming a reality has begun to wane for so many. The meetings, events, town halls have become, not places where solutions are offered, but rather all too often a place to merely vent, a place with no real action. This is why an innovative, new solution to Waiver Support Coordination was designed. One where a brighter, safer, more inclusive community awaits. One where inefficiency, fraud, waste and mediocrity are eliminated. One where innovation, transformation and collaboration lead to better health, better care and lower costs. By integrating service with technology Dream Support has built a foundation for success and Real change.
