Mya Cato, owner of Meeyogi, LLC, is a certified yoga instructor that believes that health and happiness cannot be compartmentalized. With a 200-hour yoga certification, Mya’s teaching style has a specific focus on proper breathing, proper alignment and meditation. Her goal is to create a space where individuals can travel through their journey with a sense of community and always remain at their best.
