Effie Pappas Politis, MD, ABPS, brings both skill and a personalized approach to the care of her plastic surgery patients. She is board-certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery and is a member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons. A graduate of the University of Florida College of Medicine, Dr. Pappas Politis trained under some of the country’s leading and most innovative experts in the field of plastic and reconstructive surgery. Following graduation from medical school, she attended one of the only few fully integrated plastic surgery training programs in the country, studying under Dr. David J. Smith, previous Chair and former Director of the prestigious American Board of Plastic Surgery. Dr. Pappas Politis is currently serving as an Assistant Professor at the University of South Florida Division of Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery. Having a long-standing love for and training in the arts, Dr. Pappas Politis has blended her two passions into a plastic surgery practice that provides the very best in care and experience. She specializes in all areas of surgical enhancements, such as breast augmentation, body contouring and complete facial rejuvenation, including the very latest injectables and fillers.
