We’re proud to support those who have served. 🇺🇸
Mosaic has donated $50,000 to the Tampa Bay Green Beret Association (TGBA), the official local chapter of U.S. Special Forces in Tampa, Florida. TGBA provides critical support to veterans when hospital services fall short or waitlists are too long—ensuring no veteran is left behind.

In the photo, Lt. Col. (Ret.) Richard Corson presents Karen Swager with the Official U.S. Army Special Forces Green Beret Crescent, etched on the U.S. flag with the motto “De Oppresso Liber” — “To Liberate the Oppressed” — in recognition of her leadership of the Mosaic Veterans Affairs Group and this meaningful contribution.

We’re honored to be part of a network that gives back to those who’ve given so much.

The Under One Roof – Gateway South Shelter represents a collaborative effort across Manatee County to address a critical gap in services for women experiencing homelessness. The shelter will provide essential supports including meals, emergency beds, showers, and connections to treatment, housing, and case management — all under one roof.

Mosaic’s $350,000 investment funded the commercial kitchen build‑out, the final major component needed before opening. This support helps ensure women in crisis have a safe environment and access to nutritious meals as they begin rebuilding their lives.

We are proud to stand with Manatee County, Florida Government and Manatee Community Foundation to strengthen resources for some of our community’s most vulnerable residents.

The Bishop Museum of Science and Nature is one of our region’s most important learning institutions — inspiring curiosity through science, history, nature, and hands‑on exploration.

As the largest natural history museum on Florida’s Gulf Coast, The Bishop features immersive experiences like the Mosaic Backyard Universe, a science‑rich interactive space for young learners, as well as the planetarium and Parker Manatee Rehabilitation Habitat.

Mosaic was an early supporter of the Museum’s expansion, helping launch the Connect Capital Campaign and providing funding that helped bring the North Education Center and Mosaic Backyard Universe to life. Today, this space continues to serve thousands of students each year through engaging science education programs

We’re proud to partner with an institution that helps inspire curiosity, support learning, and bring science to life for families across Manatee County.

Advanced Crop Nutrition isn't just about fertilizer - it's about smarter investment and sustainability.

At our annual Crop Nutrition Forum with over 60+ key customers across North America, we're diving deep into balanced nutrition, performance products, and biologicals that maximize nutrient use efficiency.

Hear from Adam Herges, Sustainability Agronomist Advisor speak about Mosaic's focus on the agronomy of balanced crop nutrition along with how we look at performance products and biologicals to really make fertility perform better for growers.

The goal? Better ROI for growers and improved water quality across our agricultural systems.

What happens to land after mining? In Florida, every acre must be restored — it’s the law.

Reclamation is the multi‑year, science‑driven process of rebuilding natural systems like wetlands, streams, uplands, and wildlife habitat so the land can return to productive use. Mosaic’s reclamation teams use tools like natural channel design, hydrologic modeling, and native plant restoration to re‑establish the water flow, habitat structure, and ecological function that existed before mining.

From parks and pastures to wetlands and wildlife corridors, reclaimed lands across Florida show how careful restoration can create healthy, self‑sustaining ecosystems for future generations.

PACE Center for Girls – Manatee creates pathways to brighter futures for girls ages 11–17 by providing year‑round academics, counseling, health services, and social‑emotional support in a small, trauma‑informed learning environment. Many Pace students come from families living at or near poverty, and every girl must meet at least three risk‑factor criteria to qualify — making Pace’s wrap‑around support truly life‑changing.

Mosaic has partnered with PACE Manatee for more than a decade, supporting their academic programs, special events like the Lucky Ducky Race for Pace, and volunteer initiatives where Mosaic employees mentor students and assist with holiday programs. Our investments help Pace deliver counseling, goal‑setting, and career readiness services that guide girls toward graduation and long‑term success.

We’re proud to support an organization that empowers girls to find their voice, achieve their goals, and build strong futures.

Enjoyed spending a beautiful, breezy, sunny Saturday with our neighbors in Winding Creek last weekend. The Mosaic team looks forward to the annual community gathering every year! It’s a day full of food and fellowship, topped off with what’s become a neighborhood tradition, the ice cream truck!

Thanks Winding Creek for letting us be a part of the neighborhood party for more than a decade!

Healthy waterways are essential to Florida’s ecosystems — and restoring them is a core part of Mosaic’s reclamation work.

Using natural channel design, hydrologic modeling, and ecological science, Mosaic reconstructs stream systems that reconnect wetlands, improve water flow, and create wildlife corridors.

These stream restorations help bring back habitat that, in some places, hasn’t existed for more than a century — demonstrating Mosaic’s commitment to returning mined lands to thriving, self‑sustaining ecosystems.

Duette’s Bunker Hill Community Park is a powerful example of what reclamation makes possible. 🌱

This land was mined in 2004, then reclaimed and rebuilt by Mosaic before being deeded to Manatee County in 2011. Today, the 75‑acre park is home to trails, playgrounds, sports fields, a fishing pier, and a 19‑acre lake with ADA‑accessible canoe access — transforming formerly mined land into a thriving community asset.

Through science‑based reclamation, Mosaic restores mined lands to productive uses, creating new habitats, recreation spaces, and conservation areas across Florida. This work reflects our commitment to ensuring land we borrow today becomes a long‑lasting benefit for local families.
