After 5 months online and 4 in person very long, intense days of training, I did it… I’m officially a Certified Medical Massage Therapist.

I’m proud of myself for the discipline, the focus, and the commitment it took to get here. Growth like this doesn’t happen by accident, it’s a decision I keep making over and over again.
