I didn’t find QHHT through a post but through a divine path

I found it because something in me was looking for answers

I have a background in psychology
so I understood the mind

but that only took me so far

for 11 years, I lived with chronic migraines
almost every day

nothing I tried actually resolved it

then I listened to an audiobook by a QHHT practitioner
and something about it stayed with me

so I booked a session for myself

one of the main things I asked my Higher Self about was the migraines

what came through gave me a completely different understanding
of what was actually happening

The root cause of the issue was revealed then released and something shifted

I haven’t had a migraine since

that was years ago

that experience changed everything for me

not just because of the relief
but because I knew there was more available than I had been accessing

that’s what led me to this work

and now I get to witness that same kind of shift in other people

in their bodies
in their awareness
in the way they see themselves

I’m not doing the work for them
I’m just the one holding the space
