Just a friendly reminder our Administrative Office is only open Monday thru Friday 9am-5pm

Anytime after those hours, our On-Call team is available for EMERGENCIES ONLY!

What is considered an emergency?

Client injuries themselves
Sudden Sickness - Can't make it to shift
Change in condition with a client

When NOT to call after hours?

Late/Early hours - Please DO NOT call the office after 11 pm or before 6 am. We cannot start restaffing in the middle of the night. Please wait until after 6 am to call us if you are calling off.
Updating credentials
Payroll questions
Checking to see if login/out was successful

We appreciate everything you do and want to make sure when true emergencies take place we are available to speak to you. Keeping the phones free of non-urgent matters will help make sure we can help you ASAP!
