Looking to give your body a natural reset? Meet the ultimate liver-loving root!

Beets are a detoxification powerhouse, and here is exactly why they deserve a spot in your daily ritual:
• Liver Support: Beets are rich in betalains, unique compounds that help your liver neutralize toxins and flush them out more efficiently.
• Oxygen Boost: Natural nitrates improve blood flow and oxygenation, giving your cells the energy they need to repair and renew.
• Deep Clean: Beet juice stimulates bile flow, which is essential for healthy digestion and moving waste through the body.

Pro-Tip: Pair your beet juice with lemon and ginger to balance the earthy flavor and add an extra anti-inflammatory kick!

And nobody wants to be around someone who is always doom and gloom

When you intentionally focus on the good in your life, you’re quite literally reshaping your brain through neuroplasticity the process by which repeated thoughts and experiences strengthen specific neural pathways. By directing your attention toward what is safe, meaningful, and positive, you reinforce the circuits linked to reward and emotional well-being, making it easier and more natural to access those feelings over time. Just as exercise builds muscle, practices like gratitude, mindfulness, and positive affirmations build and solidify neural connections that shift your perspective, emotional patterns, and stress responses. The reverse is also true: consistently focusing on stress and negativity strengthens those pathways, training your brain to spot problems and threats more efficiently. This isn’t about denying hardship, but about consciously choosing where to place your attention so you can train your mind to see the full picture including hope, solutions, and possibility—and gradually shift your brain’s default toward resilience and optimism.

Have you tried PEMF yet? Whether you’re looking to bounce back from a workout or just want to feel more grounded, this technology is a game-changer for your wellness routine.

PEMF (Pulsed Electromagnetic Frequency) therapy is essentially a “wireless charger” for your cells. It uses low-frequency electromagnetic waves to help jumpstart your body’s natural healing process.

The Top 3 Benefits:
• Accelerated Recovery: By increasing local circulation, PEMF helps reduce muscle soreness and speeds up the repair of tissues after a tough workout or a long day on your feet.
• Reduced Inflammation: It helps manage the “biological noise” in the body, calming down inflammation and easing chronic discomfort.
• Deep Relaxation: PEMF helps shift your nervous system from “fight or flight” into “rest and digest,” making it a powerful tool for improving sleep quality and lowering stress levels.

The Science Simplified:
Your cells carry an electrical charge. When that charge is low, you feel sluggish and heal slower. PEMF sends gentle pulses that pe*****te deep into the body to “recharge” that cellular voltage, helping you function at your peak.

Scanning my body now! I definitely have a few that have been with me for a very long time….

According to a study published in the Journal of the American Academy of Dermatology, titled “Cherry angiomas associated with exposure to bromides,” researchers reported a possible link between occupational bromide exposure and the sudden development of multiple cherry angiomas. The authors described two laboratory technicians who developed numerous red, vascular papules on their trunk and extremities after prolonged exposure to brominated compounds in their workplace. While cherry angiomas are generally common, benign vascular growths associated with aging, the unusually rapid onset and clustering observed in these cases suggested a potential environmental trigger rather than a purely age-related process. Clinical evaluation, along with a detailed occupational history, pointed to bromide exposure as the most likely contributing factor. The study emphasized the importance of considering environmental and chemical exposures in patients presenting with eruptive cherry angiomas and highlighted the need for further research to better understand the underlying mechanisms and confirm any association between bromides and vascular skin changes.

📣BREAKING NEWS: "Helping Cancer patients is now ILLEGAL in Canada, as Alberta Premier Danielle Smith punishes over 9000 Cancer patients for exercising their "Right to Try" with Ivermectin" https://makisw.substack.com/cp/191137500

🚨"The persecution of Dr Makis in Alberta, culminating in a permanent injunction against him practising medicine in that province, is a warning shot to the medical community.

Despite the CPSA's assertion that the ruling does not prevent other health practitioners from acting according to their scope and judgement, in reality it sends a clear signal about the consequences of stepping out of line.

Furthermore, ivermectin is caught in a vicious circle: it cannot be authorised as a cancer treatment until there are large randomised trials — yet there is little financial incentive to fund trials into an off-patent therapeutic. Thus the profit-first status quo is maintained, and Canada loses a dedicated doctor."

I’ve officially made the switch back to wired headphones, and it isn’t just about the retro aesthetic. It’s about biological safety. Here is the “educated” look at why I’m ditching the wireless “buds” for my health and my clients’ health. #

1. Proximity is Everything
Wireless earbuds aren’t just near you; they are transmitters placed inside your ear canal. This bypasses the skull’s natural shielding, delivering Radio Frequency (RF) radiation at point-blank range to sensitive tissues.

2. The Blood-Brain Barrier (BBB)
Our brains have a “security guard” called the Blood-Brain Barrier that keeps toxins out of our central nervous system. Emerging research suggests that chronic, low-level RF exposure can increase the permeability of this barrier—essentially “distracting the guard” and leaving our brains more vulnerable to environmental toxins.

3. Constant Pulsing vs. Clean Signals
Bluetooth works by “pulsing” 2.4GHz signals (the same frequency used by microwaves) back and forth to your device to stay connected. Even when you aren’t playing music, that transmitter is active. By switching to wires—or better yet, Air-Tube technology—we eliminate the RF signal entirely. The sound travels through a cord or a hollow tube, leaving your headspace clear of man-made frequencies.

4. Reducing the “Toxic Load”
In a world full of Wi-Fi, 5G, and smart devices, our bodies are under constant “electromagnetic stress.” Choosing wired headphones is one of the easiest ways to lower your daily EMF (Electromagnetic Field) load.
