Empower Home Care and Arbor Terrace Assisted Living were proud to host a Coffee & Donut Bar this morning at Encompass Rehabilitation Hospital in Lutz in honor of Social Work Month.

This was our small way of showing appreciation to the incredible social workers, case managers, and the entire clinical team for the hard work they put in every day to ensure positive outcomes for patients.

We truly value the collaboration between Encompass Rehabilitation Hospital and Arbor Terrace Assisted Living.
