Limitations of Food Sensitivity Testing
Food sensitivity tests measure immune reactivity to foods, not true allergies. Results can reflect exposure and immune activation, but they do not independently diagnose disease or dictate permanent dietary restriction.
At House of Valor, we use food sensitivity testing as data within a comprehensive clinical assessment.
Results are applied through a physician-guided elimination diet and structured reintroduction protocol, integrated with symptoms, labs, and medical history.
This approach is used to support patients with:
• Autoimmune conditions
• Chronic inflammation
• Brain fog and fatigue
• Joint pain
• Digestive dysfunction (bloating, IBS, food intolerance)
The goal is not long-term restriction, but targeted identification of immune triggers to reduce inflammatory burden and restore physiologic balance.
