We have been involved with Reca/Downwinders for over 30 years. We have helped well over 20,000 claimants. There is no subsitute for experience. We have staff with medical experience, and retain retired oncologist for expert witness when needed. In addition we have an experienced research department to help find missing documents that are needed for your claim. We are also skip tracers to help find family members who may also be eligible beneficiaries. We work on claims that sometimes take years to be able to file. Some claims are easier than others, but you must be careful who you reach out to in regards to filing a potential claim. Many organizations and individuals do no have adequate experience.
