We have been involved with Reca/Downwinders for over 30 years. We have helped well over 20,000 claimants. There is no subsitute for experience. We have staff with medical experience, and retain retired oncologist for expert witness when needed. In addition we have an experienced research department to help find missing documents that are needed for your claim. We are also skip tracers to help find family members who may also be eligible beneficiaries. We work on claims that sometimes take years to be able to file. We bare all of the cost whether your claim gets paid or not.
Some claims are easier than others, but you must be careful who you reach out to in regards to filing a potential claim. Many organizations and individuals do no have adequate experience. Some organizations use volunteer help. While those individuals heart may be in the right place, they may not have been trained adequately and are unaware of what they don't know.
