✨ Women Supporting Women — In Every Space ✨

Tampa Female Physicians had the honor of attending the Avant Garde: Remarkable Women in the Permanent Collection Opening Celebration at the Tampa Museum of Art- a powerful celebration of women in the arts. ✨

Surrounded by bold, thought-provoking works created by visionary women, we were reminded that women’s leadership is limitless — rising in art, in medicine, in advocacy, and in the strength of community where women empower one another to lead with confidence and purpose. 🎗️

Thank you to the Avant Garde and members for creating a platform that elevates women artists and brings intentional visibility to their impact. The curator and artist panel was a beautiful reflection of what happens when women are given space to tell their stories.

At TFP, our our mission aligns beautifully with Avant Garde’s commitment to elevating and celebrating women. ❤️✨— we believe in showing up for women wherever they are building, creating, and leading.

Here's to deeper collaboration, stronger connections, and collective impact — powered by women supporting women. 💝

Women Physicians in Action ✨

Thank you, Dr. Kiran Gill, for representing Tampa Female Physicians and spending Tuesday evening at 1Voice supporting their tutoring night and connecting with the incredible moms in the 1Voice community. đź’›

At 1Voice Academy, members volunteer within the Family Support Programs, building meaningful relationships with both the children and their families. These bonds create a foundation of trust that makes tutoring and mentorship truly impactful. It’s more than homework help — it’s connection, consistency, and compassion.

Dr. Gill’s leadership reflects the heart of service. She is volunteering her time, her knowledge, and her expertise to support the children and families we serve. She has graciously made herself available should her professional services ever be helpful embodying the deeper commitment behind our mission.

Dr. Kiran Gill is a board-certified Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist and Adult Psychiatrist. She serves as a psychiatric physician at Evara Health and is the Chief Medical Officer at River Oaks Addiction Treatment Facility. Her commitment to children’s mental health and family wellness reflects exactly what TFP stands for — physicians leading with purpose beyond the walls of medicine.

Thank you for your leadership and community service, Dr. Gill! 🫶💜

Dr. Isenalumhe is uniquely dual-trained in pediatric and adult oncology, with a specialized focus on adolescents and young adults with acute lymphoblastic leukemia and aggressive lymphomas. She serves as an Associate Member and Medical Director of Malignant Hematology at Moffitt Cancer Center & Research Institute, where she also leads the innovative IPOP service—an advanced care model that safely delivers traditionally inpatient chemotherapy regimens in the outpatient setting, enhancing both patient experience and system efficiency.

Deeply committed to medical education, Dr. Isenalumhe was appointed Chair of the American Society of Hematology Review Series at its inception and served in this role for five years (2020–2026), guiding its growth into a nationally recognized educational platform with consistently strong learner outcomes. She remains an active ASH leader in multiple capacities, with a dedicated focus on advancing education and mentorship for the next generation of hematologists.

A proud Latina physician originally from the Dominican Republic, Dr. Isenalumhe brings both cultural perspective and deep compassion to her work. Outside of medicine, she treasures time with her husband, their spirited young daughters, and their beloved dog, Phoenix—finding joy and balance in family, community, and purpose-driven care.
