Our Story

Alyssa Stewart is the owner, manager, and therapist at Empower PT. After graduating from the University of Florida with a degree in Exercise Physiology, she obtained a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of Miami before founding Empower PT in 2015. We are committed to ongoing professional growth and frequently participate in workshops and courses to improve our skills. The studio includes a variety of functional mobility, Pilates, physical therapy and rehabilitation equipment.
