I don't recommend the traditional duct cleaning where it disrupts mold, dust, bacteria and more. I opt for sanitizing and killing all of these on contact and also in the new filters that I use. I have been using this process for the last 2 years and can tell an immediate difference in the air quality. Not only is it sanitizing and killing mold, viruses and bacteria in the ducts and unit, but they pay attention to details like vacuuming and wiping down the vents throughout the house.
