It is with a heavy heart that I am announcing my departure from Ryan Chiropractic. Although this decision does not come without a multitude of emotions, Lee and I have decided to move to Florida! We are very excited and nervous for our new life adventure. I am very blessed to have had the opportunity to work in my hometown and it has been a privilege to treat members of this community. For this I am forever thankful. I am also very honored to have worked beside such a great team here at Ryan Chiropractic. Dr. Chris Ryan and Dr. Paul Ryan are not only great bosses to work for, but also amazing mentors to me in our field of chiropractic. They both have helped shape my into the Doctor that I am today. Their guidance and passion for their work has been inspiring and I will take that passion with me into my future endeavors. My colleagues at Ryan Chiropractic have been amazing and supportive and I couldn’t have asked for a better team. I will surely miss the laughs and fun times we shared together. I would like to give a special shout out to Dr. Chris. Thank you for taking me under your wing while I was still just a student and a practicing massage therapist. You are the definition of a true mentor and I will be forever thankful for your teachings and friendship.
My last day at the office will be March 24th, 2021. I hope to see as many of you as I can before leaving! I know that I am leaving you all in great hands and care.
I feel honored, humbled, and privileged to have been a part of your lives and I carry a big part of you with me in the knowledge, skills, and learning that we have experienced together over these last 8 years.

❄ It's that time again!❄

Shoveling snow unfortunately can hurt your back if you are not using the proper techniques. Protect your back and follow the tips below!

❄Purchase a medium size, plastic, ergonomic shovel
❄STRETCH & HYDRATE
❄Make a plan so you only have to move snow once
❄Push snow rather than lifting it
❄Squat with your legs rather than bending at your low back
❄Never “throw” snow, especially when its wet and heavy
❄Shovel early in the morning while the snow is still light
❄Take frequent breaks
