It is with great sadness to say that WMHY will be closing its doors after class on Friday, Aug.30,2024. Thank you to all of you who joined our yoga family and made the last three years one of the most rewarding and wonderful experiences in our lives. You will be missed.

WMHY will be going on SPRING BREAK starting Mon. 4/15 - 4/25. We'll see you back on the mat, Friday, 4/26 refreshed and ready to go:) Take this time to get a massage, go for a walk or run, spend some time in nature or meditate, (whatever replenishes your soul).

MMM...Mindfulness Meditation Mondays start March 6 @9:15am. Join us in learning to slow down, let go of negativity, and calm your mind and body. This is an introduction to living a mindful life. You will be guided with a meditation allowing you to focus on the now, which teaches you how to accept your thoughts and feelings without judgment. No experience needed, chairs and props provided.
