Ingredients:
1 cup pecans
1/2 cup oats
1/4 cup maple syrup
1 tbsp coconut oil
1 tsp vanilla
Rich, nutty, and naturally sweet with a smooth finish. The pecans add crunch and depth. A wholesome snack that feels satisfying and energizing.
Procedure:
1. Chop pecans roughly.
2. Mix with oats.
3. Add maple syrup, coconut oil, and vanilla.
4. Stir until sticky mixture forms.
5. Press into pan.
6. Chill 1–2 hours.
7. Slice into bars.
