Cupping therapy is an ancient form of alternative medicine where a therapist will place or glide cups on your skin for a few minutes to create suction. Cupping is meant to increase blood flow while removing fluid and toxins from the areas being treated. This may relieve muscle tension and promote cell and connective tissue repair.
