Hiring Assistant Manger Trainee - 25-35 hours weekly

Pay DOE $18-$20 hourly

Job duties:
- Assist daily with conducting day to day operations:
- New contract property walk-through’s
- Communicating with staff and clients
- Picking up packages from rural box, labeling them and delivering to assigned properties
- Conduct QC (quality control) checks of properties - guest departure and prior to guest arrival)
- Taking linens and supplies to properties (if needed)
- Weekends are mandatory!!!

- Ideal candidate will be subject to a soft background check
- Ideal candidate will complete a trainee period and be trained according to job duties
- Ideal candidate will be required to sign a w9 upon hiring

Hiring Cleaner/s - 25+ hours weekly
Pay DOE $ varies from $20-$30/hr
Working area/s: Taos, Angel Fire and Red River

Job duties:
- Cleaning residential homes, short term rentals, post construction cleans, deep cleans, commercial cleaning jobs and organizing jobs
- Individual must be able to work year round (this is not a seasonal position) - Weekends are mandatory
- The cleaning tasks vary depending on job type.
- Ideal candidate must have attention to detail, be able to multi-task, and work either solo or in a team
- Must have 3-5 years experience cleaning (with 2 cleaning references)
- Must be able to complete a training period upon hiring
- AWD/4x4 is required
- All new hires will be subject to a soft background check
- Ideal candidate must sign a w9 upon hiring - Mandatory

Good evening! We’re looking to hire a 2 more cleaners to our team pay is $25/hr routine cleanings & deep cleans $30-$35/hr - start asap!!

** If you have experience conducting quality control checks after cleanings make more $$ OR even willing to help wash linens off site, stock cleaning caddies, cleaning vacuums, sanitizing brooms or doing supply runs **

$$ Weekly pay $$

We are super busy and willing to be flexible with staffing 🙂 any days help us!!
Must be able to work in Angel Fire 3-4 days weekly
Must have their own vehicle
Must sign w-9 prior to working
Must be available to work either Saturday or Sunday (due to servicing air bnbs)
3 cleaning references required 🙂
