The High Frequency Loft is a high powered training studio and spiritual community space in Taos New Mexico started by Alana Lee & Colton Silva. After twelve years instructing at high-end gyms & studios in Los Angeles & San Francisco (YogaWorks, Bay Clubs, Crunch, Google, Task Rabbit, Yoga Mayu, Mark Blanchard's, Rising Lotus, Forward Fold & more), and training athletes, CEOs, Princesses and celebrity clients, they chose to bring their knowledge and enthusiasm to Taos NM. Here, they have created a space for visitors to root though their physicality so they can expand their spirituality for self healing through AcroYoga (the partner practice of communication), meditation, vegan food, music, dance, fitness and so much more. The HFL - High Frequency Loft is here to create a space for mindful movement and uplifting events. A family friendly atmosphere focused towards helping people raise their vibration. Join us in supporting our mission; to bring awareness to mind, body and spirit. will offer movement based group classes and personal sessions. Focusing on mind body awareness and strength through individual and partner yoga, acroyoga, acrobatics, ecstatic dance, barre, fitness, TRX, meditation & more. We will also be hosting events such as music, movies & art of all forms. supports a Non-Alcoholic lifestyle and hopes to bring awareness to the necessity of healthy nourishment for the body through the liquids and foods we ingest. Teaming up with Neopasado food truck we will be serving foods & beverages that compliment physical and spiritual health. Come enjoy our tea lounge atmosphere whenever you need to refresh or recharge. We would like to raise the Frequency of this planet. Hey friends, I don’t know if you’ve heard through the grapevine yet...but a New High Frequency Loft is OPENING! Same location, website, phone, etc. New owner and vision.

Hi my name is Dustin Morby and I’d love to tell you a little about me. Raised in a small town as a big (literally) nerd (proudly), turned Chicago/midwest comedian and entrepreneur, turned nomad, turned internal work and 100+lbs lost. 3/5 Manifesting Generator, Gemini. Hi 👋 been in and out of town the last 6 years so we may have crossed paths.

If you’re familiar with Human Design, my incarnation cross is the Left Angle Cross of the Sleeping Phoenix, which has given me a lifetime of many deaths followed by beautifully powerful rebirths. I am honored to steward in the next phase of High Frequency Loft as it flames into the beautiful phoenix of a space for high vibrational, deeply transformative, joyously fun and connective events, practitioners, and workshops.

✨ Everything Must Go Sale — This Sunday at High Frequency Loft ✨

It’s hard to believe this chapter is coming to a close. For almost nine years, High Frequency Loft has been my first baby — a dream I birthed into being, a sanctuary for healing, movement, and community. Through its walls have flowed laughter, tears, breath, song, and transformation.

As I prepare to say goodbye to this space, my heart is heavy and full all at once. Losing my studio and losing my sweet Stellarae in the same season has brought me to my knees. Both endings have reminded me of the sacredness of life, the beauty in creation, and the heartbreak that often accompanies letting go.

This Sunday, we’ll gather one last time for an Everything Must Go Sale — not just to clear the space, but to honor all the memories, connections, and frequencies that have lived here.

If this space has touched your heart in any way, I invite you to come by — to find a little piece to take home, to share a hug, to say goodbye, or simply to feel the love one more time.

Join Dr. Arin Levy of Enso Sounds & Healing Arts for an immersive gong meditation designed to cultivate stillness, deep listening, and presence. Surrounded by the resonant tones of up to 16 gongs, singing bowls, and other sound elements, you’ll be guided into a meditative state that supports nervous system regulation, reflection, and restoration.

The session begins with a brief grounding to help us arrive fully in the space and community. We’ll take a moment to appreciate all sounds as healing, and release expectations of our time together. After a short guided meditation, Arin will weave a tapestry of improvised sound into a sonic story that unfolds intuitively. After the sound fades, we’ll rest together in a moment of silence to integrate the experience and appreciate the sounds we heard, and the stillness we feel.

Arriving on his Rising Rhythms tour throughout New Mexico, Fredo Smiles will be delivering a powerful mixture of storytelling through sound and songwriting. Some tracks will elicit different emotions, opening hearts, acknowledging pain, before bringing warmth and closure.

An immaculate fusion of Songwriting and Electronic Music, Fredo Smiles pioneers his own sound and style in Colorado.
