m essences based on the information that is gathered during your session. I promote a heart-centered way of life, coupled with mindfulness training and manifestation to encourage you to grow towards your highest self. I have shamanic training, herbalist skills and nutrition knowledge; I believe in eating the most local, sustainable, and organic way that we can. I enjoy aromatherapy, I love cooking, and laughing, and I enjoy long hikes in the mountains. I believe in the innate ability of each and every one of us to heal this planet and ourselves. Nurse work. Omicron is running through like wild fire 🔥. As a director of medical staff, at this point I feel the best we can do is try not to get sick all at once. Thankfully I got sick for Christmas 😂 (and yes I am fully vaccinated) so I was able to cover for a few of my staff this week in a couple different locations. Even though the CDC has cut back on their recommendations, which seems really driven by the economy, please keep yourself healthy. Be smart. Get take out. Wear a better mask. Wash your fu***ng hands. You are probably going to get this variant, but it seems to be less serious for those who are vaccinated. That being said one of my fully, recently vaccinated managers was just out for a whole week, so those who are older, immune compromised are still going to be hit the hardest. So think about that. And do what you think is right. Healthcare workers are hanging on by a thread trying to manage this and keep facilitating keeping your loved ones alive as we are also getting sick left and right. I am grateful for my strong, healthy body. I am grateful I get to be of service in this way. I am grateful my nervous system seems to be able to handle it. But I am tired. Self care in this pandemic is a full time job to keep me on the beam and it’s a job I don’t always have the time for. So there is less adventurousness and more sleeping, more meditation, more prayer. That is what is. And that’s all I can do is be present with what is and continue to do the best I can to hold space for my staff and my patient population.❤️🙏🏼❤️
