I promote a heart-centered way of life, coupled with mindfulness training and manifestation to encourage you to grow towards your highest self. I have shamanic training, herbalist skills and nutrition knowledge; I believe in eating the most local, sustainable, and organic way that we can. I enjoy aromatherapy, I love cooking, and laughing, and I enjoy long hikes in the mountains. I believe in the innate ability of each and every one of us to heal this planet and ourselves.
