Relaxing your Mind and Face can Help Reduce Wrinkles too! ​​​​​​​​

How can you relax your mind and body?​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​
1. Take slow, deep breaths. Hold the breath on the intake for a few moments to reset your Vagus nerve.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​
2. Soak in a warm bath with Epsom salts and lavender.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​
3. Listen to soothing music.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​
4. Practice mindful meditation. ​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​
5. Write or color.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​
6. Use guided imagery.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​
​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

Release Dynamic Wrinkles with Facial Gua Sha!

Dynamic Wrinkles are wrinkles caused by repeated muscle contraction and those muscles can be softened and retrained for wrinkle release.

Forehead lines, between the brows ( #11's), marionette lines and even crow's feet around the eyes can be reduced with facial gua sha.

It's easy, natural, inexpensive and it really works.

Dynamic Wrinkles such as the "11s" between the eyebrows, forehead wrinkles, smile lines, crow's feet, laugh lines, and marionette lines are muscle structure-based. ​​​​​​​​
​​​​​​​​
Caused by the contraction of the muscles attached to the skin and prolonged muscle contraction such as frowning, squinting, smiling, and sleeping on the face.​​​​​​​​
​​​​​​​​
Fortunately, muscle contraction can be released and the appearance of these types of wrinkles can be greatly reduced or even diminished altogether. ​​​​​​​​
​​​​​​​​
It takes time with some of the techniques but very doable and not complicated. ​​​​​​​​
