We are open to 4pm everybody so if you are not a morning person you still got time to stop by and see us.

Fears can come from real life scary things that happen to us, or they can be about things that haven't happened to us yet. Fear is our brains' way of trying to keep us safe from harm. However, too much fear can keep us from doing things that we want to do in our life, like trying new things, going new places, or meeting new people.

Facing your fears (in a safe way) can feel brave and empowering. Facing your fears with others can be a way for friends and community to support you. If you face your fears, you can accomplish things that you never knew you could.
