Happy Friday! This week, I prioritized my self-care by continuing with my nighty prayer and meditation. As I settle down for bed, I take a moment to reflect on the day and offer up my prayers and then I listen to calming meditations, allowing myself to embrace tranquility before sleep. This practice has transformed my nights, leading to more peaceful and restorative rest. I encourage everyone to speak to themselves with kindness, nurturing their inner voice.
