We are not creatures of habit, we are beings of rhythm. It is time to discover your own rhythm & unapollogetically dance to it.

What are your favorite spots to visit in nature? Woods? Forests? Mountains? Beaches? Tropical rainforests? Waterfalls? Volcanoes? Canyons? Arctics? Icebergs? Hot Springs? The list goes on.

Visiting such places can help clear and recenter our energy. What is outside of us, often highlights what is going on inside of us, and vice versa. Therefore, our outer world reflects our inner world. And nature has palpable impact – on both our energy body, and our nervous system.

These spaces have the ability to grant us full access to all of our senses including bodily signals, cues, sensations, gut feelings, hunches, intuitive hits. Remember to visit often if not living in these environments already as this puts us back in connection with ourselves and the natural world around us.
