Trauma doesn't always look like what you think it does.

Sometimes it looks like chronic fatigue.
Sometimes it's the weight your body won't let go of.
Sometimes it's being constantly on edge and not knowing why.

I didn't know I was carrying what I was carrying
until my body made it impossible to ignore.

What habit have you started and stopped more times than you can count?

Mine was drinking enough water consistently.
Mine was moving my body without guilt.
Mine was choosing myself before I felt like I had to.
