Tip of the day Tuesday
Take a deep breath, your body will thank you! When you breathe deeply, you activate your parasympathetic nervous system , that’s your body’s “rest and relax” mode. It helps slow your heart rate, lower stress hormones, and release muscle tension. Basically, one slow, mindful breath tells your body, “Hey, we’re safe now.”
Try this:
👉 Inhale slowly through your nose for a count of 4
👉 Hold for 2
👉 Exhale gently through your mouth for a count of 6
Repeat a few times and notice how your shoulders drop, your jaw unclenches, and calm starts to take over.
