This Thanksgiving, I’m grateful for our Yoga with Kendra community, for every person who has stepped onto a mat, taken a breath with intention, or chosen to slow down and care for themselves.

I’m also deeply grateful for my children, who remind me daily of patience, presence, and unconditional love. They are part of the heartbeat behind this work.

Wherever you are today, may you find ease in your breath, softness in your body, and warmth in your heart.

Nichole invited her mom to practice yoga with her this morning, her mom said this was her first yoga class and she’s going to look into using our online yoga platform since she doesn’t live locally and enjoyed the class so much!
