Hey everyone, I hope you had a great Veterans Day and thank you to all Veterans for defending our values. Due to technical issues, I'll be sharing my crystal knowledge in this post instead of a video. I sensed a shift in energy post-election, bringing both positivity and negativity. If you're sensitive to energy like me, this chaotic energy can be uncomfortable. Here are four crystals to help banish negativity and trauma and bring love, joy, and hope. With this recent election, a lot of mixed feelings have been going around. Some are happy with how things have turned out while others, not so much. It can be a lot to take in for people who are sensitive to the energies around them. I have been doing some research on crystals for those who are struggling during these times. Tomorrow I will head out to the crystal store and also make a video on what crystals to meditate with.

The last steps I had to take to really be prepared for this hurricane was light some protection candles and charge some black tourmaline earlier this morning. I just brought out the 4 black tourmaline along with one more piece to my car and set up a protection grid. Some other awesome protection stones are black onyx, obsidian, amethyst, hematite, laboradite, selenite, and clear quartz. Everyone please stay safe during this storm!
