I had such a beautiful time at the WE Empower Networking event recently 🧡

I’m so grateful I got to spend the day connecting with inspiring people, networking, and just soaking in all the good energy. It made it even more special sharing the experience with my friends Kami Ervin and Cybele Shana Lerman — and of course doing a little shopping afterward 😄

And can we talk about this plant?! 🌿 I absolutely fell in love with it. There’s just something about bringing a little more life and nature into your space that feels so grounding and uplifting.

Today I’m feeling deeply grateful for all that has been coming into my life, the lessons, the opportunities, and the moments of clarity. I’m also grateful for the clearing of my path.

Hey everyone, I hope you had a great Veterans Day and thank you to all Veterans for defending our values. Due to technical issues, I'll be sharing my crystal knowledge in this post instead of a video. I sensed a shift in energy post-election, bringing both positivity and negativity. If you're sensitive to energy like me, this chaotic energy can be uncomfortable. Here are four crystals to help banish negativity and trauma and bring love, joy, and hope.
