Discovering your body to make positive changes for a healthy diet and lifestyle!

Teachers: Sucharita E-RYT500 & Michael Jenkins E-RYT500

This workshop with international teachers, Sucharita and Michael Jenkins, will focus on self awareness. During the practice students will be led through postures that will help to explore ones own body. From there we will be able to determine the adjustments to diet and lifestyle that can be applied.

By living mindfully, we are conscious of the moment we are in. This awareness of our thoughts, feelings, and actions, from moment to moment. Mindfulness is a conscious approach to the way we live our lives. Let it go and live in the present moment.

Please bring a Yoga mat and an open mind to join with us this Saturday.
