Shari has devoted her life to reaching out and helping people grow and mature through difficult life situations. She has done this through clinical counseling, youth trips, leadership training, educational instruction and small group ministry. She is a Fl Supreme Court Certified Parent Coordinator and is a proud member of the American Association of Christian Counselors, American Mental Health C

ounselors Association and Florida Mental Health Counselors Association. Shari is a wife and mother of 4 and stepmother of 3, who is dedicated to serving her Lord first, family second, and her ministry and calling third.

Our Story

Breaking Free Services was established in 2005 with a goal of reaching out and meeting the needs of those in crisis. In 2018, the practice expanded to become Breaking Free Services Center for Wellness with a more holistic approach to serving our clients and growing to include additional services to heal the mind, body, and spirit. We proudly serve clients from all backgrounds and ages, and our team of licensed clinicians treat almost any area of focus.

We have integrated more services to treat overall health and wellbeing to help our clients heal as a whole. Our yoga classes offer a safe, non-judgmental space to let go of old patterns, shift your vision, and commit to growth. Experience absolute relaxation with the help of our Licensed Massage Therapists on site, or learn more about nutrition, natural supplements and your body’s specific needs with our Dietician and Certified Health Coach. Receive personalized acupuncture to treat a variety of symptoms and promote physical and mental wellbeing. Join our diverse community today and learn more about all of the services we have to offer.
