What a hurricane season…. We were cleaning up and making repairs after Helene and then along comes Milton. We were told it was going to be way worse at a cat 5. We were over it so we boarded up and fled to New Orleans. Had a great time eating the Cajun food. We love New Orleans.
We thought we were going to come back to a disaster but luckily for us Milton went south and sucked the water away from us. We had no flood. So we are back to fixing and cleaning up after the damage from Helene and should be back to normal by October 25th at the latest. At this point I will be in touch with everyone who placed internet orders and will let you know the status. Our heart goes out to all those whose lives have been changed forever from these storms. Please stay mentally strong and have faith that you will get through your difficult times.
