Fairway Chalet has a specialty license, the limited nursing services license, in addition to its standard license issued by the Agency for Health Care Administration of the State of Florida (License #: AL7276) and participates in the Medicaid Long Term Care Diversion program. With its specialty license, aging in place is more of a reality. Fairway Chalet offers towels and linens in spacious furnished bedrooms (or bring your own including furnishings); licensed dietician-prepared menu of meals with snacks; basic laundry services; social and leisure activities such as birthday and holiday celebrations, games like bingo, and sing-along; doctor for routine visits; and set-up of outside doctor and other appointments, companion, transportation to appointments, home health and hospice agency services, lab work and radiology services for home-bound, and barber and beautician services to be provided in-house.
