Focus on improving your immune system. Give your body all the nutrients it needs, including macro & micronutrients. Also elecyrolytes. Hydration is more that just water. A little moderate exercise daily. I rarely get sick. I had the swine flue in 2012. I was only sick for 2 days. I had covid in 2020 for less than a day. That's the only times I've been sick in the past 20+ years.

Do you know the difference between visceral fat and subcutaneous fat?

Subcutaneous fat is the fat that your body stores just under your skin. It is pinchable. While most people consider this jiggly fat as unnatractive, it is far less dangerous to your health than visceral fat. Case in point are sumo wrestlers. Altho they have large amounts of subcutaneous fat most are very strong and actually fairly healthy. Visceral fat is the fat that your body stores in and around your organs, an example is fatty liver disease.
People with high visceral fat are much more at risk for cardio vascular disease, high blood pressure, cardiac arrest, etc. as those with lower visceral fat levels. People can be varying combinations of both.
Cardio vascular exercises such jogging, biking, dancing may aid in reducing or keeping visceral fat low, but certainly maintaining a diet that consists of low glycemic foods, moderate amounts of good fats and lean proteins will aid in keeping visceral fat from accumulating to dangerous levels.

How familiar are you with the human bodies energy systems? Which energy systems do you need to train most and how do you fuel your body to train these energy sytems?
It makes a difference. We need to train all the energy systems (primarily 3 systems as we currently understand them) BUT it does make a difference depending on your unique goals.
If your primary goal is losing fat, then spending adequate time training the aerobic energy system is beneficial.
Feel free to contact me if you are interested in specific information regarding your personal goals.

I was at the store and Daisy cottage cheese had what you expected, just three little ingredients and Walmarts brand had several different chemicals. I try to read every single label. But what is frustrating and sad you have to pay a premium to not have products with added chemicals that cause cancer and heart disease and Alzheimer’s just to name a few. American food industry is killing us. In Europe a bag of chips was just a bag a chips. Lays over there just had three ingredients, Lays in America has so many unpronounceable chemicals. Why does the world get the real stuff and America gets the garbage? Because of greed and corruption. It’s sad! đŸ˜„

Even the best athletes need
an objective outside observer as a guide.
That is what I do.
Individual athletic assessments
may actually clarify current goals and create
new ones as we obtain a greater view
of your current abilities and limitations. Nothing serves as a better motivator and greater
personal recognition for the work that lies ahead
like a thorough assessment. As a SAQ Specialist, the assessments I provide will give you
specific knowledge of your athletic needs through
my close observations during your physical
(health) and fitness (strength, endurance, etc.)
assessments. An initial assessment will provide
recognition of baseline fitness levels, help to
identify risk factors, and serve as an effective
motivational tool. The results will be used
to develop goals through detailed dialogue with
you and to serve as an ongoing basis
for the design of an effective (accomplishes objectives) and efficient (no wasted effort) training
program.
