I had the pleasure last week to talk about yoga and fitness opportunities at the Health and Wellness center open house at Metropolitan Ministries - West Pasco. As a volunteer lead, I share yoga with residents each week. It was great to see so many of the residents and staff members come by to see what is available for them!
