Here are some surprisingly signs of burnout:

📍Social interactions feel like a chore
📍Small inconveniences are overwhelming
📍Being angered or irritated quickly
📍Feeling exhausted despite regular sleep

What to do:

📍Set Boundaries

Some things you have to get done and some things can wait. Let others know your priorities and less important things will be set aside.

📍Take advantage of the FLMA laws if work burnout

Yes, it will be unpaid but sometimes you have to weigh that against your health. If it’s truly affecting you, think about how you can plan in advance and save the money you would need for a 2-4 week recharge.

📍Talk to someone/therapist

You may not be able to pinpoint your source of burnout. Talking to someone can help you identify and make a better plan to address it.

We. Will. Not. Burnout. 💪🏾
