This little birdie came to my window to tell me...."Our potential is in our hands. Love and standing for love is a courageous act that is sometimes needed despite our size or where we are from, what we are or what we do while on this Earth because through love is how we all came to exist in the first place. When we remember this, love becomes the compass to guide us out of any kind of fear allowing our soul to fly as was intended. Trust me, I know how to soar and it is complete freedom that makes my kind sing many songs of joy. We all can feel this too but we have to let go of old ways - of allowing the outside to dictate our joy, meaning, and purpose. We are free when we understand unconditional love and the freedom of experiences rather than possessions. " 🐦🎶

Love in action.

Make love the reason we wake up, the reason we speak nicely to ourselves and make choices through a full authentic heart conscious of who we are from the inside - with the ability to create from this space rather than being a cog in the wheel that is about creating something that harms others or our environment or keeps humanity in a cage somehow. Money is a tool (until we all decide not to support this idea anymore) to do good in this world but it is NOT who we are. Our power, intelligence and wealth is all on the inside and that is where LOVE is too. Remember.

We can find reminders of LOVE everywhere. I believe it largely depends on our ability to be open to how and where it shows up. When it strikes our state of acknowledgement, take the message in. It is a reminder of our origin and our way back to freedom.

Practice self awareness and understanding our feelings and what they are truthfully telling us.

ASK OURSELVES
Am I following and taking actions or reacting to situations based on others opinions, conditioning or outside influences?

Are we reacting from our brain or our heart?

STOP HIDING
Reflect upon our own feelings and look at ourselves to see the actions we keep doing. Are we acting on auto pilot, mimicking habitual patterns or repeating someone else's dialog?

We can't fool energy so if we stop the nonsense and tune in to our truth, we'll all be better off and help create a beautiful world we are fully capable of doing.

I'm the type that will pull over on side of road (safely) to take a picture of something I find beautiful. This was yesterday.

What's always interesting to me - and I'm sure there is a term for it - but as I was driving, this image of the moon would change its perspective depending on the terrain I was driving by or a part of a building structure I was near or vantage point I looked up towards it. At times, it was large and close up, at other times, it was very far away although I drove closer to it.

Illusion perhaps?

Isn't this life? It's all about perspectives, what vantage point we are observing from and what roads of twists and turns, highs and lows we experience.

Just noticing.

Keep moving and it will change again.

Can we just allow ourselves to be our full authentic selves?

Do most of us even know who we are without all the conditioning and wounds we've acquired throughout our lifetime?

Can we finally break free and just BE to create our best lives by trusting ourselves and what we're capable of and desiring to experience on this planet?

It's exhausting absorbing the consequences of others who manipulate.

That's why it's so important to keep ourselves balanced and well within ourselves. Take responsibility for taking back our power and healing our psyches from emotional wounds that created patterns that are not in our best interest.

Nourish this with habits that constantly bring us back to our personal joy, peace, strength, and creative intelligent selves.

Just because a few people who have acquired influence to flood our many means of mass communication doesn't mean we are lack of anything.

Know thyselves. THIS is our strength to live a life of joy, meaning and purpose. Trust we have everything we need to live and experience a beautiful world. Listen more to our hearts and lean in to its guidance.

Keep fear at bay with sinking deep to our own self awareness. Our inner knowing will come back. Trust the process. ✨️

Soulistic Adventures was manifested in 2012 to support seekers who are curious about understanding life, developing awareness around self-responsibility and how to participate productively and as healthy as possible in all aspects/areas of life. Emphasis is on healing tools and modalities, creativity and curiosity to discover or rediscover the inner and outer truths of one’s life, the world we live in and the integration of the two towards higher choices for personal well-being and the world at large. It is a place that encourages growth, not judgment, through exploration and adventures - involving laughter, nature and movement. A practical, fun-loving yet meaningful and mindful approach to life. Our intention is to encourage everyone to live their very best life, never give up and to keep moving forward, following the direction of their heart and soul.
