DENVER BOOK LAUNCH This Fri 6/16, at The Tattered Cover!

Heart Centered Leadership starts within each and every one of us. It’s more than a book. It’s a movement.

Our Denver book launch is an invitation to join the movement of courageously committing to an authentic life.

Our LIVE book events have been lighting up our hearts, connecting those in attendance with themselves, one another, and our vision for the future of leadership. When we are seen and supported as who we are, exactly as we are, our momentum towards this collective vision amplifies. This is the power of community.

Trichotillomania - hair pulling disorder involving recurrent, irresistible urges to pull out their own hair (trich for short).

Kristina opens up about her journey with trich to help those who might also be suffering. A huge act of courage because, for a long time, she considered this too shameful to even share with a therapist. This interview in and of itself is a celebration of her healing.

Since completing hypnotherapy 2 years ago, Kristina:
💖Reduced relapses with eyebrow pulling 12x/year ➡️ 2x/year
(and it’ll keep getting better!)

💖Went from understanding her trich at a more surface level ➡️ uncovering and healing its root causes, such as childhood immigrant trauma and pressure to "be perfect"

The dark and the light are equal teachers.

Autumn brought forward a big transition, a letting go - my soul knew living its truth would come at the expense of heartbreak. My hopeful mind and loving heart were unwilling to accept this. The transition was brutal, the false reality I was anchored in falling away.

Winter came, a season for honest, sometimes painful, reflection. Opportunities are afforded by darkness, uncovering truths in depths we can only reach when still.

It was here, in the quiet, that I woke up to my patterns, woke up to myself.

I saw my relationship cycles in a new way, their origins in my childhood family dynamic, generational trauma, and conditioning. I saw how I had perpetuated these cycles. I saw the core wounds I needed to heal. I saw the new demands I needed to make, from myself, and for myself. I saw this is a critical turning point in my life narrative…but only if I embraced life’s curriculum here.
When we lean into the dark, the light starts shining in unforeseen places.

Celebrating the return of the light, as the days grow longer and a new era begins. 2022 has been one hell of a year. Here’s to shining brighter than ever in 2023, this light granted by the darkness of the last few months. I am grateful for it all.

I will always champion the mission of this book I was invited to co-author. My hope is for all humans to recognize and value their unique gifts and passions. To embrace exactly who we are, just as we are. To lead others by first leading ourselves. To decide on your path forward by listening to your heart, committing to that vision, and facing the unknowns. There is an undeniable ripple effect that has for others in your life.

Heart Centered Leadership, Unique Pathways, Approaches & Strategies for Soul-Aligned Success, launched yesterday! I am honored to have created this both with 21 other inspiring authors who have worked to come out of autopilot, heal, and discover a more aligned life.

We want to normalize the non-traditional leadership model of leading open-heartedly, authentically, and compassionately. Instead of the top-down leadership model of power “over” others, we are making mainstream leading through collective empowerment, to bring forward each of our authentic selves and the gifts so needed by the world. Multiple authors are featured to demonstrate there are many paths to leadership, and to discover and honor your own.

I hope that this book solidifies your resolve to continue discovering and choosing you. I hope this book shows you're not alone on this path. I hope this book keeps you moving forward, through the rising and falling, through the dark nights of our souls, even if it’s sometimes on our knees, as we come to know the home called ‘ourselves.’
