🎥Together for Good: Food is Medicine explores the powerful connection between nutrition and health, highlighting how access to healthy food shapes community health and well-being.

Featuring Experts from LVHN, part of Jefferson Health, and the Leonard Parker Pool Institute for Health, share insights on the long-term effects of poor nutrition and highlight ways the health system is partnering around community-based solutions to food insecurity. Our heartfelt thanks to the Leonard Parker Pool Institute for Health for highlighting the Kellyn Foundation in this documentary. We are grateful for the opportunity to support and advance this impactful initiative.
