We’ve teamed up with Modern Health Pharmacy to ensure that you’ll still receive the same personalized, high-quality medications you’ve come to expect. 💊

Here’s What You Need to Know:

1. Prescription Transfers: All your current prescriptions will be automatically transferred to Modern Health Pharmacy. You won’t need to do anything—everything is handled for you! 🙌

2. Last Day for Refills: The final day to request refills or new prescriptions through Mountainside will be Tuesday, September 17th.

3. Need Help? I’ll still be available to answer any questions or concerns until September 20th at 678-454-2323. After that, our phone will be forwarded to Modern Health Pharmacy.
