Mama has some goals and has definitely been falling behind financially on things as I navigate single parenting so I want to offer a new service!

Good morning!

Who needs some healing..I know I DO! 🌈

Reiki is such a beautiful way to recenter and ground yourself from mind body soul and spirit!
It is healing through energy work. Successfully used to help aid and treat a variety of things.

I will be hopefully taking in person clients again very soon my wrist is deff holding me back !

In the mean time I decided to offer and open enrollment for some distal healing this week.
You will not need to do anything but be open to accept your healing!
You can go about your day as is and still receive all benefits how cool is that!

Here's how this is going to work:
I will be mainly focusing on the 7 chakras
Crown
Third eye
Throat
Heart
Solar plexus
Sacral
Root
Keep in mind if you have any physical pains in the same region of the chakra reiki could help there as well, or if you have a pain request that can also be addressed!

$33 for full 7 alignment or pain requests
$5 for individual chakra points

Dear grief,

Here you are again, sneaking in through the back door of my mind. For a moment, it seemed I just had way more pressing things to think about. Most people would just see a sweatshirt, but my grief-stricken eyes see the same sweatshirt on my mom, both in her best and worst health. It's usually when the world goes silent for just a moment, or when seemingly everything else isn't going well, that grief, that ravenous being, likes to show up full throttle and say, 'Here, take this too.'

So for today, grief, YOU WIN.
I held this sweatshirt tight, thanked my mom silently for everything she was for me, and quietly wiped the tears away while I tucked it away.

Oh grief, you are a force bringing both good and bad memories of a person we loved so much.
