Another favorite home remedy of mine is garlic and honey! Garlic is a natural antibiotic and works best when sliced so it can release it’s medicinal property “allicin”. Just cut up some garlic, throw it in a mason jar and cover it with honey! Let it sit in the counter for 2 days - a week, depending on how much you want the flavors to infuse. While it’s sitting on the counter it ferments and the garlic starts to get sweet and the honey starts to get a garlicky taste! When it’s reached the taste that you are happy with, pop it in the fridge and it will stop fermenting. It’s delicious! Sometimes I eat it just because, but I usually save it for when myself or anyone in my house is sick.  I have treated quite a few ear infections with this concoction. Have you ever tried this?
